| RGI Lodging LLC manages franchised and non-franchised properties,
including Super 8 Motels and Microtel Inn and Suites, for individual
owners and investor groups.
There are three principals in RGI Lodging
LLC:
Allan Witz is a practicing attorney licensed in Minnesota, Florida and Michigan. He holds a bachelors degree in law, master's degrees in commercial law and in international comparative law, a Juris Doctor degree (with high honors), and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Hamline University's Dispute Resolution Institute. Allan has over 20 years experience in legal practice, and since 2001 he has also been involved in business, hotel and human resource management. He has property and hotel interests.
Edward P.
Pompeian is a Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the National Association of Realtors
since 1981. He is President and founder of Realty Growth, Inc. He has
been active in commercial and investment real estate for over 20
years. He is a past officer and director of the Rochester Area Association
of Realtors where he also served three years on their Professional
Standards Committee. He is also a past officer of the Rochester
Apartment Owners Association. Ed has extensive hotel business and
management experience and has property and hotel interests. In 1984,
he founded Gift of Life Transplant House, a non-profit 503C Corporation
that provides a home away from home for organ and tissue transplant
patients and their families before and after having a transplant
at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
William
P. Kolb has been active in commercial and investment real estate
sales since 1991. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota
and currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM). Bill joined Realty Growth, Inc. after a 30-year career
with the IBM Corporation. He has over 25 years of management and
business analysis experience. He also has developed and owns hotel
and commercial properties. |
